年产5吨香菇多糖的工艺设计 XXX （陕西理工学院化学学院化学工程与工艺061班） 指导老师：XXX 摘要：设计了以香菇为原料，年产5吨香菇多糖的工艺设计，其重点为乙醇回收的精馏塔设计计算及辅助设备的计算选型。本设计包含设计说明书和图纸两部分。说明书主要包括香菇多糖的提取工艺、工艺流程；建厂可行性分析；全厂总平面布置说明；精馏车间的工艺计算设计及说明；非工艺部分设计包括供排水工程、供气供电系统、采暖、通风、照明、安全、卫生、防腐、三废处理及环境保护等说明。说明书的主要部分为精馏塔的工艺计算及其辅助设备的计算选型。在这一部分中用到了物料衡算、热量衡算及其大量的相关的经验公式。 关键词：香菇 香菇多糖 精馏塔设计 塔设备校核 附属设备选型 Technological Design of Producing 5 tons of Lentinan per year YANG Kai （Grade0,Class1, Major chemical engineering and technology, Shaanxi University of Technology, School of chemical and environmental sciences, Hanzhong 723000, Shaanxi）Tutor: LI Zhi-zhou ABSTRACT：Technological design of outputting 5 tons of Lentinan per year, which use entinus edodes as material. The key parts of the design are the technologic calculation of rectifier in rectification workshop and the selection of type of its assistant equipment.The design includes two parts: instruction and blueprint. The instruction mainly includes the method of the extract of Lentinan vial and the process flow; the analysis of feasibility of building of the plant; the instruction of plane arrangement of the whole plant ; the instruction of design of rectification workshop ; design of non-technology parts：the project of water supply, heating, draught, lighting, safety, sanitation, antisepsis, the disposal of pollution, environmental protection.The main parts of the instruction are technologic calculation of the rectifier in rectification workshop and the selection of type of its assistant equipment , and in these parts , material balance and heat balance calculation and lots of experiential formulas are used as references.
