Abstract Thethesisgivesadefinitionofriskanalysis，whichconsistsoftwo conceptualgroups.(I)conceptualgroupsofrisk.Including:risk，risksubject， riskfactor，riskobject，stateofrisk，riskeventetc.(2)conceptualgroupsofrisk analysis.Rangingrfomriskanalysis,riskrecognition,riskevaluationtorisk managementandriskcommunication.Thedefinitionsoftheseconceptionsand theessentialconditionsindevelopingthetheoryofriskanalysis. Inthethesis,theauthoralsoconstructsamodelsystemofriskandrisk .，， analysis,whichcontainsriskmodel,theprocessofriskanalysismodelandso on,servingthepurposeiffurtherexplainingthedefinitionsmentionedabove models. Theauthorbrieflystudythesystemsengineeringmethodsapplyingtotherisk analysis.Interpretativestructuralmodeling(ISM);andqualitativeemulation methodinvolvingKuipersaswellasthatofsystemdynamic;anduncertainty inferencetechniquecontainingprobabilityinference,evidenceinference,fuzzy inferenceandinformationinferenceandpresentedinthethesisaccordingtothe characteristicsofrisk.Thesemethodsandtechniquesandtestifiedtohovevalues ofuniversalrelevance.
