学 号 201101430311 课题名称:小车装卸料运行PLC控制系统 二级学院 铁道供电与电气学院 班 级 铁道自动化113 学生姓名 陈炫 指导老师 周莹 完成日期 2014年 4月 小车装卸料运行PLC控制系统设计 【摘 要】可编程逻辑控制器，简称PLC，是一种工业控制微型计算机。它的编程方便、操作简单尤其是高通用性等优点，使它在工业生产过程中得到了广泛的应用。其中的一个应用便是运料小车的控制，主要用到的便是他的逻辑控制功能。本文主要介绍欧姆龙C系列的PLC产品以及其对应的软件，并且用它来进行五个控制台作业的运料小车的控制编程。 将PLC应用到运料小车电气控制系统，可实现运料小车的自动化控制，降低系统的运行费用。它功能强大，可扩展到多达128I/O点，且能增加特殊功能模块或扩展板。通信和数据连接功能选项使得FX1N在体积、通信和特殊功能模块等重要的应用方面非常完美。本课题主要包括：分析被控对象和明确系统控制要求；选定PLC类型，确定系统I/O设备的数量及种类；控制流程设计；控制程序设计。 关键词: 欧姆龙 PLC； 运料小车。 Car loading and unloading operation PLC control system design 【Abstract】Programmable Logic Controller，which used to be called PLC for short ,as one kind of industries control microcomputer obtained the wide application in the industrial production process, for its easy programming, easy operation, and so on. One of which is the control of material-carried dolly, and the main function of which used is logic control. This article mainly talks about the product of OMRON PLC and OMRON soft. and use this software to control the material-carried dolly, which has five flat. Will PLC application to transport feeding dolly electric control system, which can realize the automatic control of shipment material trolley, reduce the system operation cost. Its powerful functions can be expanded to as many as 128I/O point, and can increase special function modules or expanded plate. Communication and data connection option makes FX1N in volume, communication and special functional module of important applications is very perfect. This subject mainly includes: analysis of the controlled object and definite system control requirements; Selected PLC type, certain system I/O devices of Numbers and types, Control process design, Control program design.
