毕 业 设 计 课 题 浅谈中西药配伍应用 学生姓名 柏里行 学 号 112515010051 专 业 生化制药 班 级 3111班 系（院） 轻工与药学院 指导教师 周金彩 职 称 教授 二○ 一四 年 五 月 二十五 日  浅谈中西药的配伍应用 摘要：随着我国加强对中医中药的重视和管理,患者对中药的疗效也越来越认可,在临床中中西药物联用也越来越普遍,并且能收到比单纯用中药或单纯用西药难以达到的疗效和效果,减少了不良反应,但也有一些因配伍不当而降低疗效的,甚至产生毒副作用。为此,研究和总结中西药物的合理应用,对保证用药安全,具有重要的临床意义。在临床工作中，中药和西药的联合应用越来越多，也起到了很好的效果，但是如果配伍不当的话，会降低联合应用药的药效，增加其毒副作用，更有甚者会导致药源性疾病的发生，进而造成非常严重的后果。中西药各有特点，合用就是要充分发挥各自优势，取得优于单独使用中药或西药的综合疗效，使其优势互补，兼顾全面，增强疗效，减轻或消除毒副作用，从而缩短疗程，减少药物的用量或扩大药物的适应范围，从而降低医疗成本。这是中西药合用的优势所在，也应是中西药合用的目的，理应作为界定中西药合用是否合理的标准。合理的配伍应用可提高临床疗效，降低毒副作用。因此，研究和总结中西药物的应用配伍禁忌及相互作用，对保证临床用药安全、有效具有重要临床意义。 关键词：中西药；合理配伍；配伍禁忌；  The combined application of Chinese and Western Medicine Abstract Along with the strengthening of attention and management of traditional Chinese medicine in China, curative effect of the patients of Chinese medicine are increasingly recognized in clinical medicine, combined with more and more common, and can receive efficacy and effect compared with traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine or simple to achieve, less adverse reaction, but there are also some because of compatibility improper and reduce the efficacy, and even produce toxic side effects.
