本 科 毕 业 设 计 VHF射频调制电路的设计 摘要 电视发射机是将信号按一定频率发射出去的装置0～6MHz，音频载波频率6.5Mhz，输出端载波频率应48MHz～88MHz，并能正确显示本机输出的载波频率。高频功率放大器的效率不低于30%；输出端可观测到的单一频率信号的已调制波不失真；发射机在假负载为75欧姆时，输出功率应不小于20mW；可以在不小于5米处接收到被调制视频信号。在VHF和调制基础知识上，深入探索学习滤波器，放大器等知识的应用，结合单片机的控制系统，来实现这些功能及解决相关问题。 关键词:电视发射机信号发射；图像信号；音频载波；VHF ABSTRACT A television transmitter is a device that transmits TV signals at a certain frequency. Television transmitters develop from black–and-white TV transmitters to color TV transmitters, stereoscopic TV transmitters, and digital TV transmitters, HDTV transmitters. A series of development of TV transmitters indicates that radiated TV is entering into digital era from analog TV era. On the one hand, people increasingly depend on radiated TV products in daily life and pursue pictures’ high-quality and high-definition. On the other hand, digital, computer and network technology are widely applied in the field of radiated TV, so that a rapid development of radiated TV has been made. New technology brings new opportunities and challenges. The next –generation of TV will be a world of HDTV and stereoscopic TV. This design intends to make a signal transmission circuit of a TV transmitter whose carrier frequency can be adjusted. The picture modulation signal is 0-6MHz, audio carrier frequency is 6.5MHz, the carrier frequency of output terminal is 48MHz-88MHz and the output of carrier frequency can be correctly read. The efficiency of high frequency amplifier is up to 30%; the observed modulated wave of single frequency’s signal in the output terminal is distortionless; when the dummy load of the transmitter is 75ohm, the delivered should be up to 20mw; the modulated video signal can be received out of a range of 5 meters. Based on the knowledge of VHF and modulation, the thesis will explore the application of filter and amplifier with the control system of SCM to solve related problems.
