本科毕业论文 （20 届） 300t转炉倾翻机构设计 专业：机械设计制造及其自动化 摘要 冶金企业中，冶金转炉一直是企业的重要设备；而在冶金转炉设备中，倾翻机构是实现转炉炼钢生产的关键设备之一。本课题所设计的是300t转炉倾翻机构，其工作特点是减速比大、倾翻力矩大；而且倾翻机构启、制动频繁，承受较大的动载荷。所设计的转炉倾翻机构要根据生产要求停在某一个角度，同时也必须具有连续回转能力，方便进行兑铁水、装料、取样、测温、出钢等操作。设计一个性能优良，结构合理的倾翻机构对于提高转炉的运作效率和安全生产有着举足轻重的作用。目前，我国工业生产和科学技术同工业发达国的国家差距依然不小，我们还要作很大的努力。本文设计的倾翻机构主要从以下几个方面来研究： 1从转炉倾翻机构的原理出发，研究其运行并倾翻转炉过程，同时研究倾翻机构的工作环境，以便于了解哪些因素对于倾翻机构的运行影响较大。 2设计倾翻机构总体方案，从实际出发，解决300t转炉倾翻机构体积大、自重大、动载荷大、扭矩大的困难。对倾翻机构的动载荷平衡进行设计，并画下倾翻机构的CAD图。 3倾翻机构的主要部件和零件进行设计，如减速箱中各齿轮减速比的设计，对配置形式的设计等等，并对各部件进行校核，画下CAD图。 本文设计的300t转炉倾翻机构建立在国内外转炉倾动机构研究的基础上，同时根据国内冶炼行业的生产要求，优化设计和研究，实现了机构紧凑、安全性能高、效率高维修方便的目的，达到了国内外同类设计的技术要求。 关键词：倾翻机构；转炉；减速器 Abstract In metallurgy business, The metallurgy converter has been enterprise's important equipment; But In metallurgy of the converter, The tripping mechanism realizes one of converter steel-making production key equipments. What this topic designs is the 300t tripping mechanism, Its operating feature is the reduction gear ratio big, pours out the moment of force to be big. Moreover the tripping mechanism opens, the brake to be frequent, withstanding big moves the load. The design converter tripping mechanism must stop according to the production request in some angle. Simultaneously must have continuously the turning power, Convenient for molten iron outfit confirmed the steel material such as sampling measurement temperature operation.
