学士学位论文 作者姓名 赵晓君 指导教师 高明明 学科专业 通信与信息系统 二0一四 年 六月 摘要 随着1984年1月，美国哈特福特(Hartford)市世界上第一座智能化大厦都市大厦（City Building ）的建成，人们对于住宅的定义也悄悄发生着变化。人们开始将科学技术计算机、通信及微电子技术与住宅结合到一起，以满足人们对家居环境除了舒适，安全外的附有追求精神内涵、便捷智能化和自动化的理想目标。 然而就目前发展状况来看具有高级智能化的住宅需要大量的人力，物力，财力。在建筑过程中也存在一定的困难，不是一般人能够拥有的，并且从我国国情出发，将现有住宅从现在的非智能化转换到智能化也存在布线困难，价格昂贵等诸多困难。我国居民一般家庭是不需要特别完整的智能家居体系的，那样的住宅工程量大，所花费的金钱也不是普通居民所能承受的。那么如何找到一种安装方便，低成本，低功耗，节约能源，可以满足基本监控功能的系统能够满足我国市场需求的智能家居系统成为了现在智能家居监控系统设计的重点。本论文就是基于这一出发点，以低价格的单片机STC89C52为主要控制芯片来设计出住宅安全防护监测及具备温湿度监控功能，这样可以满足住户基本需求的智能家居监控系统。 关键词：智能家居；单片机；STC89C52；低价格；温湿度监控；安防监测 Abstract As in January 1984 , the United States built Hartford (Hartford) the world's first intelligent city building city building (City Building) , people also for the definition of residential quietly changing . People began to computer science and technology , communications and microelectronics technology and residential combined together to meet the people of the home environment in addition to comfort , the ideal goal spiritual connotation , convenient and automated security intelligence outside with a pursuit. However, the current state of development with advanced intelligent house requires a lot of manpower, material and financial resources. During the construction there are some difficulties. And proceed from our national conditions, the existing non- residential conversion from now there are intelligent to intelligent routing difficulty , expensive , and many other difficulties. Chinese residents and the average family does not require special complete smart home system, a large amount of money as residential projects , nor is it takes ordinary people can afford . So how do you find a easy installation , low cost, low power consumption , save energy, to meet the basic monitoring system to meet the market demand for our smart home system became the focus is now smart home monitoring system design. This thesis is based on this starting point, a low price as the main control chip microcontro
