序号（学号）： 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 河北燕山钢铁公司人力资源管理制度的研究 姓 名 教 学 院 商学院 专 业 工商管理 班 级 指导教师 2014 年 06 月 06 日  河北燕山钢铁公司人力资源管理制度研究 [摘要] 在当前国内钢铁企业受国际金融危机影响明显，行业利润呈现明显下滑的大背景下，河北燕山钢铁公司在资源和市场基本固定的情况下想要更好的提升自身竞争力和优化企业盈利模式，就必须另谋他路，而人力资源是现代企业最为核心的资源，是企业经营成败的关键。于是本文想到了依靠完善公司人力资源管理制度来克服其人力资源管理方面存在的问题，意在帮助燕山钢铁公司走出当前的发展瓶颈。 本文从讨论河北省燕山钢铁公司人力资源管理制度的现状入手，进而研究了河北燕山钢铁公司人力资源管理制度目前存在的问题，分析了燕山钢铁公司优化人力资源管理制度的方向，为企业改进人力资源管理，建立人才辈出的长效机制提出了几点建议。 [关键词] 河北燕山钢铁公司 人力资源管理制度 措施 Research of Human Resources Management System in Yan Shan Iron and Steel Company of Hebei Province [Abstract] In recent years, the domestic iron and steel enterprises are severely influenced by the international financial crisis. In spite of the improving productivity in the industry, its profits decline obviously. Under the big background in the industry, if Yan Shan iron and steel company of Hebei province would like to have a better raise in their competitiveness and optimize the enterprise profit model, it has to find another way. This paper argues that optimization of the power of the company's human resources helps to improve its cost structure of internal resources. From the Angle of non-traditional thinking, this paper intends to help the Yan Shan iron and steel company to overcome its current bottleneck. This paper discussed the actuality of human resource management system in the Yan Shan iron and steel company of Hebei province; and studies the existing problems the human resources management system in the Yan Shan iron and steel company of Hebei province; and at last, this paper puts forward several proposals to establish long-term effective mechanism.
