虚拟企业论文：基于虚拟企业的协同配送研究 【中文摘要】随着社会及科技的发展,物流被作为“第三利润源”提出,越来越受到人们的重视。文章针对我国物流基础设施利用率低,浪费严重,物流企业成本较高等问题,提出了3PL企业间建立虚拟企业的形式进行协同配送的运输模式,以达到降低企业物流成本,提高社会资源的利用率以及减少环境污染等。论文在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,运用配送和协同配送等相关基础理论,结合现代先进的通信技术和管理理念,探讨了协同配送虚拟企业的构建,分析了协同配送虚拟企业与其它组织形式之间的异同,并研究了协同配送的协调机制等。然后在协同配送虚拟企业的基础上提出了协同配送的模式,并运用AutoMod仿真软件对其进行了仿真,通过对仿真结果的分析,得出了影响协同配送效率的因素、协同配送各成本与出货时间之间以及协同配送的运输成本与其它影响因素之间的关系等结论。最后以远成集团成都分公司为例,分析了成都分公司配送现状以及存在问题,并在远成集团已有配送系统的基础上与其它物流企业建立了协同配送虚拟企业,并对其进行了仿真实现,分析了影响协同配送的一些因素,并进一步得出协同配送的实施能够为远成集团节约成本的结论,对实践具有一定的指导意义。 【英文摘要】As the development of society and technology, logistics suggested by people as “the third profit source” that have been paid more and more attention. Aiming at a low utilization rate of China’s logistics infrastructure, serious waste, high cost of logistics business problem, a 3PL enterprise established in the form of virtual enterprise collaboration and distribution of transport mode to reduce logistics costs and improve the utilization of social resources, and reducing environmental pollution and other purposes.Firstly, the author elaborates the concept, connotation and characteristics based on the achievements of predecessors, the use of system theory, coordination theory, game theory and the theory of transaction costs, combined with modern advanced communication technologies and management concepts, discusses the construction of virtual enterprise of collaborative distribution to study the distribution of cooperative. Then proposed the cooperative distribution model based on the collaborative virtual enterprise. And coordination with AUTOMOD simulation software to simulate the distribution model, then through analysis of the simulation results, received three conclusions.
