我国村镇房屋抗震设计分析与研究 摘 要：我国地处世界两大地震带即环太平洋地震带与欧亚地震带之间，大部分地区为地震区， 特别是对于一些偏远的西部地区，在地震作用下房屋会破坏并造成巨大的人员伤亡和经济损失。 为了提高房屋抵御地震作用的能力，我国制定了相应的抗震规范，确保了房屋在地震作用下的 安全性。然而，由于我国农村经济较为落后，当前村镇房屋抗震设计仍然存在许多问题，汶川 地震的震害就说明了这个问题。本文首先介绍我国抗震规范的发展及现状，并重点从房屋的抗 震概念设计，结构抗震计算和抗震构造措施三个方面对我国村镇房屋抗震薄弱原因进行详细分 析；通过对村镇房屋抗震薄弱原因的分析，从技术和管理两个方面提出了相应的防御措施，以 保证人民生命安全、减少经济损失，确保社会主义新农村及和谐社会的顺利建设。 关键词：村镇房屋抗震设计；抗震概念设计；结构抗震计算；抗震构造措施；防御措施 Analysis and research about seismic design of village and small town building Liuying Yangliu （Tianjin Planning, Design Research Institute of Automotive Industry, Ministry of Machinery Industry ） Abstract: Our country locate in the two earthquake zones between Pacific and Europe-Asia plates so that many areas are locate in earthquake zones; Under earthquake action, buildings will been destroyed and people will injury even lose their life，economical will lose, especially in the west area. In order to improve the seismic ability of building, seismic criterion is established. Our country village buildings have some seismic design problems as result of economic reason.
