300MW循环流化床二次风机采用双级动调轴流式风机可行性研究 摘要：300MW及以上大型循环流化床机组二次风机参数，非常接近燃煤600MW及以上大型机组的一次风机参数。本文提出能否选用一次风机普遍采用的双级动调轴流式风机作为二次风机。通过参数、失速安全、效率、技术结构、经济效益、初投资和维护等方面比较，得出300MW及以上循环流化床二次风机可选用双级动调轴流式风机的结论。 关键词：300MW循环流化床；二次风机；双级动调轴流式风机；离心式风机 中图分类号：TH432.1 文献标志码：A Feasibility Study of Useing Two-stage Dynamic Adjustable Axial Flow Fan for 300MW Circulating Fluidized Bed Secondary Air Fan Abstract: Considering the parameter of 300MW and over 300MW large-scale circulating fluidized bed secondary air fan is very close to the 600MW and over 600MW coal fire large-scale primary air fan. This paper propose that whether we can choose two-stage dynamic adjustable axial flow fan instead of the 300MW and over 300MW large-scale circulating fluidized bed secondary air fan. And the two-stage dynamic adjustable axial flow fan is in general used for the 600MW and over 600MW coal fire large-scale primary air fan.We can get this conclusion by comparing with parameters，stall safety，efficiency，technological structure，economic benefit，initial cost and maintenance.
