父母教养方式与大学生成就动机的相关研究 摘要 成就动机是个人追求成就的动机，是个人对自己所认为重要的或是有价值的事情，去从事、去完成、追求成功并要求达到完美状态的原因。父母教养方式是指父母在抚养、教育儿童的活动中通常使用的方法和形式，是父母各种教养行为的特征概况，是一种具有相对稳定性的行为风格。影响成就动机的因素有很多，包括家庭、学校、社会、个人等因素。此次研究着重研究了家庭因素中的父母教养方式，具体研究父母教养方式的哪些因素对成就动机有何影响。 本研究具体探讨了父母教养方式中的6个父亲因子分包括父亲情感温暖、理解(FF1)，父亲惩罚、严厉(FF2 )，父亲过分干涉(FF3 )，父亲偏爱被试(FF4 )，父亲拒绝、否认((FF5)，父亲过度保护(FF6 )和5个母亲因子分包括母亲情感温暖、理解((MF1)，母亲过干涉、过保护((MF2)，母亲拒绝、否认(MF3)，母亲惩罚、严厉(MF4)，母亲偏爱被试(MF5)与大学生成就动机的关系。通过调查研究，发现大学生成就动机在性别、是否为独生子女方面都有差异，男生的成就动机高于女生，独生子女追求成功的动机低于非独生子女，但总成就动机差异并不显著。父亲情感温暖、理解与母亲情感温暖、理解与大学生的成就动机呈正相关，也就是说父母对孩子的温暖理解有助于提高孩子的成就动机。 通过对调查研究结果的分析，建议父母在抚养孩子的过程中，要理解自己的孩子，创造一个家民主和谐的家庭氛围，这样有助于提高孩子的成就动机，使得孩子不害怕失败。父母惩罚、严厉和过分保护孩子都不利于孩子成就动机的提高，所以为了孩子走上成功之路，父母应该注意自己对孩子的抚养方式。 关键词：成就动机；父母教养方式 Abstract Achievement motivation is a personal pursuit of achievement motivation，is a personal view of their importance or value of the thing to engage, to be completed, the pursuit of success and asked to reach a perfect state reasons.
