Sup ercond. 第 35卷 　第 5期 R efrigeration Vol. 35　No. 5 小型天然气液化装置研究进展和关键问题 张维江 ,石玉美 ,汪荣顺 (上海交通大学制冷与低温工程研究所 ,上海 200240) 摘要 :介绍了小型天然气液化装置的特点 ,概括和分析了国内报道的国内外小型天然气液化装置 ,分析了小型天然气液 化装置研究的一些关键问题 。指出小型天然气液化装置的研究是一项系统工程 ,主要涉及到三方面的内容 , 即液化流程设计 和模拟 、液化设备设计和选型 、液化装置调试和整改 ,并对这三方面进行了深入分析 ,认为针对小型天然气液化装置的低温理 论和技术的发展将提高小型天然气液化装置的效能 。在进行小型天然气液化装置的研制时应立足于使设计的小型天然气液 化装置国产化 ,取得自主知识产权 ,力求形成商业化规模 。 关键词 :小型天然气液化装置 ;液化流程 ;天然气 ; LN G Study progress and key prob lem s of sm a ll - sca le na tura l ga s liquef ier Zhang W eij iang, Sh i Yum ei, W ang Rongshun ( In stitu te of R efrigeration and Cryogen ic Engineering , Shanghai J iaotong U n iversity, Shanghai 200240 , Ch ina) A b stract: Several asp ects of the sm all - scale natu ral gas liquefier are introduced in the p ap er including its characteristic s, the liquefi ers reported in Ch ina and the analysis for them and key p rob lem s for sm all - scale natural gas liquefier study. It is pointed that the study of the sm all - scale natural gas liquefier is a system p roject m ain ly including three a sp ects: the liquefaction flow de sign and sim u lation, the liq uefaction equ ipm ent de sign and cho se typ e, the liquefaction fitting testing and modification. Fu rther analysis is given about the three asp ects. It is believed that the efficiency and the value of the sm all - scale natu ral gas liquefier w ill be imp roved by the developm ent of the cryogen ic theory and techno logy for it and it shou ld be centered w ith dom estic, own in tellectual p rop erty and comm ercial when develop ed and m ade sm all - scale natu
