腹腔镜阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的对比分析 刘娜 山东省枣庄市立医院 外科 【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜阑尾切除术与传统阑尾切除术在治疗急性阑尾炎上的效果，以期得到一种有效的治疗方式。方法：将我院2011年~2012年收治的141例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组，其中研究组71例，行腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗，对照组70例，行传统阑尾切除术治疗。对两组病患在治疗时的手术时间、术后疼痛评分、住院时间、切口感染率、放引流管率及完全康复时间进行总结分析及对比。结果：研究组在术后疼痛评分、住院时间、切口感染率、放引流管率及完全康复时间等指标上都明显优于对照组，差异性显著（P0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：对于急性阑尾炎而言，采取腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术能取得更好的治疗效果，相较于传统阑尾切除术而言，有着切口更美观、创口更小、感染更少、住院时间更短、术后疼痛更轻、并发症更少及恢复更快等优势，值得临床推广及应用。 【关键词】腹腔镜阑尾切除术；传统阑尾切除术；急性阑尾炎；疗效对比 Comparative analysis of laparoscopic appendectomy and conventional appendectomy for acute appendicitis [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effect of laparoscopic appendectomy and conventional appendectomy in the treatment of acute appendicitis in the effect, in order to get an effective therapy.
