The results manifested that guided by the plan of 2003, the talent training plans of these five universities as a whole reflect the characteristics of each university for talent training. These training plans embody the reform spirit of “deepening foundation, expanding knowledge, strengthening capacity, widening adaptation” and conform to the new requirements for current educational reform and talent training, but in some universities there also exists problems, such as large proportion of required course, small proportion of elective course, practice weak and so on.
