体育专业大学生的情绪智力与心理健康的关系研究 许之屏，雷小焕 (湖南师范大学体育学院，湖南长沙 410081) 摘要：采用心理测量法、数理统计法等对六所高校体育专业大学生的情绪智力和心理健康水平做了调查和分析， 同时对比文、理专业的大学生的情绪智力水平。研究表明：体育活动对个体情绪智力的发展具有一定的促进作用； 体育专业的男生在情绪评价力、情绪适应力和总分均显著高于女生，但在情绪觉知力和情绪调控力不如女生；情 绪智力高年级(三、四年级)明显好于低年级(一、二年级)；体育专业大学生情绪智力四个主因素和总分明显高于 文、理专业大学生，但情绪觉知力显著低于文、理大学生；体育大学生的情绪智力水平与心理健康关系密切，不 同心理健康水平的大学生在知觉他人情绪、控制自我情绪方面均存在显著差异。 关键词：体育大学生；情绪智力；性别；年级；文、理大学生；心理健康 A Research about Psychological Health and Emotional Intelligence of Sports Major Students XU Zhiping, LEI Xiaohuan (College of Physical Education Science of Hunan Normal University, Changsha 410081, China) Abstract : adopting the psychological measurement method, mathematical statistics on six university college PE majors of emotional intelligence and psychological health level do a survey and analysis, comparison and professional college of emotional intelligence.
