A questionnaire was designed for t e survey, w ic used stratified proportional sampling met od, and t e statistic analysis tool SPSS is used to analyze t e responses in t e collected questionnaire. Field investigation was carried out on t e firms in t e construction enterprises are administrated by t e Ministry of Construction. T is paper presents t e preliminary result of t e survey for t e situation on t e application of t e information tec nology in t e construction enterprises and analyses t e related development requirements and conditions.
