2003 年第 3 期 沈阳体育学院学报 No . 3 ,2003 Journal of Shenyang Institute of Physical Education ·1 · 博士论坛 我国体育院校术科教师群体的科研能力分析 刘 　兴 (沈阳体育学院 , 辽宁 沈阳 110032) 摘 　要 : 以我国 11 所体育院校的 1207 名术科教师为研究对象 ,运用调查法 、文献与实证分析相结合的方法 ,分析体育 院校技术学科教师的科研素质及能力水平 。结果表明:术科教师群体的科研意识 、能力水平及投入质量存在着较大的 个体差异 ;科研成果 、学术论文主要集中在极少数教师中 ,整体研究水平和力量较为薄弱 ;群体学历层次较低是造成这 种状况的主要原因;重点提高青年教师的科研素质和能力水平 ,是我国体育院校进一步拓展办学功能、提高办学水平 、 主动适应新世纪体育事业发展需要的一项紧迫任务 。 关键词 :体育院校 ;术科教师 ;科研能力 ;素质水平 中图分类号 : G812 6 　　文献标识码 :A 　　文章编号 : 1004 - 0560 (2003) 03 - 000 1 - 04 Analysis of Abil ity of Scientif ic Research of Sports Teachers of Physical Education Institutes in China L IU Xing ( Shenyang Instit ute of Physical Education ,Shenyang 110032 , Liaoning , China) Abstract :1207 sport s teachers from 11 institutes and universities were chosen as obj ect s of t he study . Met hods of investiga tion , literature research and demonstration were employed to study t he quality and ability of scientific research of sport s teachers of PE institute , The result s showed t hat t here existed considerable individual difference in consciousness of scientif ic research and academic t heses were occupied by a tiny minority of teachers. Whole study level and strengt h are relatively weak . Loweducational level of t he group is t he main reason for t he result s. Emp hasis in raising scientific level and improv ing abilit y of t he young teachers is a urgent task facing PE institutes in China .
