Abstract: Diazot izatio n is adopt ed t o synthesize t he com plet e ant ig en o f chloramphenicol CA P) in t his pa-

immuno sor bent assay. Result s indicated t hat synt hesis o f CA P ant igen w as successful and it had im muno-
