攀枝花学院 Panzhihua University 本科毕业设计（论文） 攀枝花立宇矿业公司4万t/a金红石钛白项目预可行性研究 学生姓名： 黄 仁 东 学生学号： 200611101213 院 （系）： 材 料 工 程 学 院 年级专业： 2006级材料科学与工程非金属班 指导教师： 邹建新 教授 二〇一〇年六月 摘 要 随着金融危机的过去，世界经济开始复苏，特别是作为钛白粉最大的两个消费去向的涂料和塑料行业的迅猛发展对钛白粉的需求量大幅度增长。国内钛白行业现有的生产规模已不能满足市场需求，出现供不应求的状况。而攀枝花是国内重要的钛矿基地，攀枝花市政府已提出了“打造中国钒钛之都，建设特色经济强市”的口号，市里已确立了将本地钒钛资源优势就地转化为经济优势的思路，鼓励将钛矿进行深加工，特别是生产钛白粉。 由此，对新建的钛白生产项目的预可行性研究显得尤为重要。 通过研究，本项目原材料供应充足，工艺技术成熟，环保达标，产品销路良好，项目投资15000万元，建成后税后年利润6035万元，投资收益率40.23%。投资回收期为3.69年，项目可靠、投资风险低，可较快收回成本，具有可行性。 关键词：钛白粉，可行性研究，投资，风险 ABSTRACT As the past of the financial crisis, the world economic starts to recover. Particularly, the rapid development of coatings and plastics industry, as two of the largest consumer of titanium dioxide, brings the increase in demand for titanium dioxide. China Titanium Dioxide Industry existing production scale can not meet the market demand, a shortage situation. As the important base of titanium industry, Panzhihua city government has proposed the build the Vanadium and Titanium Capital of China, building characteristics, economic powerhouses slogan, the city has established an idea that to using the resources superiority of vanadium titanium to building economic advantages, the government encourage the deep processing of titanium, especially the production of titanium dioxide. As a result, the project pre-feasibility study on the new production of titanium dioxide is particularly important. Through research, the project adequate supply of raw materials, process technology is mature, low environmental pollution. The product sale is good.The Project invests 150 million yuan, after-tax profit of 60.35 million yuan after completed, in recovery of 40.23%. The payback period is 3.69 years, the project is reliable, low-risk investment, cost recovery could be faster.It’s feasible.
