企业知识型员工的激励机制研究 摘 要:激励是现代企业管理活动最重要、最基本的职能之一,随着知识经济的不断发展和深化,知识型员工地位的凸现, 激励在管理中作用的不断提升,使得知识型员工的激励成为一个研究热点,知识型员工将成为新经济时代价值的主要创造者,企业间的竞争更多的表现为核心能力的竞争,而企业核心竞争能力的源泉是由知识型员工的知识和能力以及组织资本所构成的智力资本,拥有健全完善的激励机制成为众多企业走向成功的有力保证,本文针对企业知识型员工本身所具备的特点,研究其主要的激励因素对知识型员工发生激励作用的规律,并在充分分析中国目前知识型员工激励中存在的问题及其原因,进而提出企业适合知识型员工的激励机制模型及具体激励方案,研究得出的这些结论旨在对企业知识型员工实施有效激励提供一些参考。 关键词:知识型员工,激励机制,研究 The research on the incentive mechanism of enterprise for knowledge workers Abstract:With the continuous development and deepening of knowledge economy and the emergence of the highlights of the status of knowledge workers,motivation,one of the most significant modern enterprise mangement personalities,plays a more important role in management function,making the incentive of knowledge workers becomes will become a resarch focus.In this case,konwledge workers will become the the major creators of the value in the new economic era and meanwhile,competition among enterprise will be turned into the performance of core competition,which originates from the knowledge and abilities of knowledge workers and the intellectual capital posed by organizational capital.As a result,the complete and perfect incentive machanism guarantees enterprises on the road to business success.This passage,based on the characterstics of knowledge workers,focuses on the law that main incentive factors excert on knowledge workers,and the sufficient analysis about problems that exsist among current china’s knowledge workers,so that a incentive machanism of enterprise for staff and specific incentive model can be proposed.The conclusions of the research aim at offering some reference for knowledge workers to implement.
