The main components of the machine include the rack, ventilation equipment, devices to dig up the roots, throttle devices, beaten device, transmission components. In this paper, mainly designs the drive system and structure of the machine to eradicate malt root, analyzes and researches its status and development trend, and the machine function and application of the machine to eradicate malt root. Completed the overall design of the machine to eradicate malt root, the design of the belt drive, chain drive and the design of the shaft.
