毕业设计论文 基于LabVIEW的热电偶温度巡检仪的设计与实现 摘 要 LabVIEW设计开发了一种基于虚拟仪器的热电偶温度巡检仪。热电偶温度信号经调理电路进行相应的处理后，通过数据采集卡PCI-6221送入计算机。本设计完成了基于LabVIEW的热电偶温度巡检仪的前面板及相应程序框图的设计，可以巡回检测4路K型热电偶温度信号。由前面板可以设置温度测量范围、温度报警上下限、冷端温度等参数，并可以实时显示温度数值及曲线，当温度超限时给出报警提示。整个测量过程自动进行，不需要人工参与，不仅简化了操作步骤，提高了测量精度，而且系统功能可根据具体需要随时更改或扩展，与传统仪器相比具有更广阔的应用前景。 关键词：LabVIEW；数据采集卡 Design and Implementation of Thermocouple Temperature Cycling Measure Instrument Based on LabVIEW Abstract Temperature is an important physical measure that used to characterize equipment state, but also an important parameter of analysis in the heat transfer, temperature testing is a problem that often encountered in teaching experiment and industrial production. Because the traditional temperature testing instrument often requires lots of manual operation and calculation, and there exists some shortcomings, such as the relatively large size, a single function, un-expansion. According to the shortcomings of the traditional instrument above, the design works out and develops a kind of thermocouple temperature cycling measure instrument based on virtual instruments using the figurelize programable language LabVIEW that developed by NI corporation in USA. The signal of thermocouple temperature is set to the computer through the data acquisition adapter PCI-6221 after some corresponding process through the signal opsonin circuit. The design completes the PC-based design and corresponding program frame of the thermocouple temperature cycling measure instrument based LABVIEW，which can cyclely measure the K type thermocouple temperature signal on 4 roads .through the PC-based can set the parameters of measured temperature range、the up to bottom limit of alarming temperature、the cold tip temperature etc and show the temperature value and line real-timely，which can give the alarming cue when the temperature is out of the limited range.The whole measure process can proceed automatically without the manpower participation，which simplifies the operatio
