·38· 计算机应用技术 机械 2009 年第 1 期 总第 36 卷 PDM与 Solid Works接口式集成技术的 研究与应用 陈青松，廖照邦，黄余 （重庆大学机械工程学院，重庆 400030 ） 摘要：近年来基于接口的集成模式在PDM 与Solid Works 集成中应用越来越广，而如何实现接口及接口实现的关键技 术成为了研究热点。通过比较和分析现今的数据库操作技术、文档上传技术以及COM 技术，提出了在现有VC++可视 化集成开发环境中，基于ADO 、FTP、COM 以及Solid Works API 来实现接口开发的技术模式。最后由一个实例来演示 通过COM 技术和Solid Works API 来实现接口对Solid Works 信息的提取，通过ADO 技术来实现接口将提取的信息导 入PDM 并搭建产品的BOM 结构，通过FTP 技术来实现相关文档的上传，从而在整体上实现了基于接口的PDM 与Solid Works 的有效集成。 关键词：PDM ；Solid Works；接口；集成 中图分类号：TP391.72 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1006 －0316 (2009) 01 －0038 －04 The research and application of the integration-technology based on interface of PDM and Solid Works CHEN Qing-song ，LIAO Zhao-bang ，HUANG Yu (Chongqing University ，Chongqing 400030 ，China) Abstract ：In recent years, interface-based integrated model has been widely used in PDM and Solid Works for integration. How to turn it into reality and which kinds of key technology are needed also have been the hot topic among many people. This paper proposes a way to fulfill this kind of model under the existed visual integrated development environment VC++ based on ADO, FTP, COM and Solid Works API by comparing and analyzing the current database operating technique, the current document transferring technique and the COM technique. At last, an example will be shown to you illustrating the interface extracts the information from Solid Works by the way of COM technique and Solid Works API , realize the process of leading the extracted information into PDM and building up products’ BOM structure by means of ADO technology and transfers some related documents by virtue of FTP technique. Then
