高职学生顶岗实习管理研究 　　摘 要：高职院校学生通过顶岗实习，可以提高职业技能，增强职业意识。但在顶岗实习期间的管理与教育还不到位，有些学生对顶岗实习认识不足，缺乏敬业精神，存在心理困扰，离职换岗现象普遍存在，顶岗实习对口率和稳定率不高。通过加强顶岗实习管理与教育，注重学生职业修养教育，加强与学生构通，建立顶岗实习考评机制，完善实习基地的建设，构建学校、单位、学生、家庭多方联动管理机制，提高高职学生顶岗实习成效。 　　关键词：高职生 顶岗实习 教育管理机制 　　Abstract：Through post practice， higher vocational college students not only improve their professional skills， but also strengthen the consciousness of career. 　　However， due to post practice management and education is not sufficient， some problems happen， e.g. understanding insufficiency， lack of professionalism， psychological distress， all of these finally
