685例乳突根治术中神经完整性监护仪使用的意义分析 　　　作者：伊力哈木·依马木　孙捷， 张华 作者单位：(新疆医科大学第一附属医院耳鼻咽喉科，新疆 乌鲁木齐 830011) 　　【摘要】 目的探讨乳突根治术中神经完整性监护仪监测的临床意义。方法回顾性分析在我院耳鼻喉科行乳突根治术的685例中耳炎患者的临床资料。根据术中是否使用神经完整性监护仪监测将患者分为两组：实验组269例(术中使用神经完整性监护仪监测)，对照组416例(术中未使用神经完整性监护仪监测)，分析两组患者面瘫的发生情况。结果两组中耳炎患者术后出现周围性面瘫比率不同，使用面神经术中监护的实验组无一例发生面瘫，而术中未使用面神经监护的对照组中有7例发生面瘫(1.68%),两组有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论神经完整性监护仪在乳突根治术中能有效地帮助面神经定位，预防损伤面神经。 　　【关键词】 面神经; 神经完整性监护仪; 电刺激; 中耳炎; 乳突根治术 　　Analysis of the significance of using Nerve Integrity Monitoring System 　　in Radical mastoidectomy of 685 cases 　　Yilihamu·Yimamu, SUN Jie, ZHANG Hua 　　(Department of Otolaryngology, First Affiliated Hospital, Xinjiang Medical University, 　　Urumqi 830011, China) 　　Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the significance of using Nerve Integrity Monitoring System in Radical mastoidectomy Intraoperative monitor the use of nerve and 685 cases of middle ear complications after peripheral facial paralysis 7 to explore the relationship between microear surgery monitor the use of nerve. MethodsA retrospective analysis of 685 cases of middle ear Postoperative complication of peripheral facial paralysis， 685 cases who were carried out mastoidectomy. These cases divided into two groups according to whether using Nerve Integrity Monitoring System intraoperating prodecure for that Analysis the facial nerve injuring situation. Study group, who use Nerve Integrity Monitoring System intraoperating prodecure, includes 269 cases, while control group, who do not, includes 416 cases. ResultsStudy group has no one case of facial nerve paralysis, while there were 7 cases (1.68%) of facial nerve paralysis occured in control group, there were statistical differences between two groups. ConclusionIntraoperative nerve monitor can effectively help to find the position of the facial nerve, facial nerve injury prevention, and neurological function after surgery as a predictable indicator. 　　Key words: facial nerve; nerve integrity monitoring system; electronic
