Methods:3LL cells were inoculated subcu taneous in C57BL /6 m ice. Anmi alsw ere divided into four groups: ( 1) nontreated, ( 2) treatedw ith intraperitonel injection of paclitaxel 9 days after tum or inoculation, ( 3) treatedw ith in tratu m oral injection of mi m ature DC, and ( 4) intraperitoneal injection of paclitaxel follow ed by intratum oral DC injection. Tumor sizew as m easured in each group; U sing mi munochem istry, CD4 and CD8 T cells infiltration of tumor w ere evaluated; IFNproduction by lym ph node cells was m easured using ELI A k it. Results:W e observed a sign ificant decrease in tum or grow th ingroup 4 associated w ith CD4 and CD8T cells infiltration of tum or and IFNproduction by lym ph node cells. Conclusion:The results demonstrated that low dose of chem otherapeutic agents and DC vaccinem ight bem ore effective in inh ib ition ofm urine lung cancer grow th com paredw ith other groups.
