基于结构可靠性的悬架结构设计方法研究

摘 要 :悬架是车辆中联结车身和车轮的纽带 ,具有承上启下的关键作用 ,在使用过程中来 自路面的冲击
载荷容易造成悬架的断裂破坏 。为保证结构的安全工作 ,需要依据结构可靠性的要求对悬架系统进行结构设
计 。文章介绍了结构可靠性设计的理论 ,并针对悬架结构不太规则的特点提出了基于结构可靠性和有限元方
法相结合的设计方法 。最后给出了悬架结构的设计实例 。该研究为悬架结构的设计和实验提供了理论依据 。
