The necessity and existing common problems in the development of the high-end fine quality agriculture are elaborated. Some suggestions for promoting the development of the high-end fine quality agriculture by relying on scientific and technological innovation are put forward. It is also put forward that the RD of various agriculture products process standards and their informationized and automatic process equipment and facilities are the main direction of scientific and technological innovation in the aspect of the high-end finequalityagriculture.
