[14]熊雪英.连续性血液净化在抢救危重病患者中的应用 2009. 关于口腔修复用金属合金材料的临床研究 陈肃（内江市市中区人民医院口腔科 四川内江 641000） 【中图分类号】R783.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）15-0102-02 摘要 【 】 目的 研究高金合金烤瓷冠对修复牙齿的临床疗效。方法 通过对23名患者使用钛合金、20名患者使用高金合金在2 年之后的情况进行对比分析。结果 高金合金烤瓷冠没有出现颈缘染色，在边缘密合度以及颜色方面优于钛合金烤瓷冠( P 0. 05)，而在基牙的牙龈指数，龈沟出血指数低于钛合金，并且两组患者均未出现过敏现象。结论 高金合金烤瓷冠在临床上取得的 效果优于钛合金烤瓷冠。 关键词 【 】高金合金烤瓷冠 钛合金烤瓷冠 修复牙齿 临床疗效 Clinical study of oral rehabilitation with a metal alloy material 【Abstract】 Objective: To study high-gold alloy ceramic crowns repair teeth clinical efficacy. Methods: by use of a titanium alloy of 23 patients, 20 patients using the high-gold alloys were analyzed after 2 years. Results: The high-gold alloy-porcelain crown is not the stain of the cervical margin, marginal adaptation and color better than titanium porcelain crown (P 0 05), while in the abutment of the gingival index, sulcus bleeding index of less than titanium alloy, and two groups of patients were not allergic phenomena. Conclusion: The high gold alloy ceramic crowns made in the clinical effect superior to titanium porcelain crown. 【Key words】high-gold alloy PFM crown titanium porcelain crown repair teeth clinical efficacy 1 临床资料
