非标包装机设计 摘 要 目前，世界各国对包装机械发展十分重视，集机、电、气、光、声、磁为一体的高新技术产品不断涌现。生产高效率化、资源高利用化、产品节能化、高新技术实用化、科研成果商业化已成为世界各国包装机械发展的趋势。这也是我国包装机械业的发展方向。对于我国的包装机械生产企业，并不是求大求全，而是求精求专。努力提高技术含量，把产品做精、做细、做专、做强，靠技术进步来提升行业的发展。 食品包装技术的应用及其创新，极大地推动着包装机械的发展。应用与现代食品工业的自动化包装大多数以生产线的形式出现，集机、电、气、液控制于一体，成套性强、可靠性高。并且，以模块化组合的形式出现，具备系列化、标准化、通用化的特点。此外，越来越多采用的微机控制、模拟控制等高新技术，使包装机械跃上一个新台阶。 课题利用AutoCAD设计软件作为辅助设计工具。本课题设计思路：分析封袋的封装要求以及封袋总体尺寸确定包装的总体工艺方案。包装过程：筒形带状包装袋由卷筒引出，经光电检测器再由牵引辊，经过红外传感器至吸盘位置。在吸盘位置由机械手夹具夹紧，传送给分度器连接的分度盘，进行开袋装填。已充填包装物的包装袋左右整形输出，经输送带线缝机排出成品。传动部分是：减速电机1驱动分度盘转动；减速电机2驱动牵引机构运动；由于输送带的运动和转盘的运动相一致，所以其采用的减速电机3和分度盘采用的电机一致；其他机构的驱动由气源完成。 关键词：包装机；分度器；减速电机；机械手夹具；机械手指 Abstract Currently, the world of packaging machinery, attaches great importance to the development of machine, electricity, gas, light, sound, magnetic for the integration of high-tech products.
