The system time of GNSS is usually designed as independent, continuously, and free-run atomic time scale, the performance of the system time will affect the specification of GNSS system directly. At present, several GNSS system are running or building, including Chinese Compass system. Comparable and interoperability is very important in GNSS system safe and coordinate work. Time reference systems and its interoperability are briefly introduced in this paper.
