Am ong them, the strengths of rural infrastructure in Beijing municipal are analyzed from two aspects, namely, the strong financial support and great mi portance attached to by the governm en;t the weaknesses are analyzed in terms of the serious shortage of funds invested and disparate investment in rural infrastructure; the opportunities faced by the rural infrastructure con struction are analyzed in terms of support form them acrocontrol of the state and the threatsare analyzed from the aspect of land preservation and environmentprotection. Thus in order to further promote the Beijing rural infrastructure construction and increase the investm ent in rural infra structure construction, the follow ing countermeasures are put forward.
