THE STUDY ON CONSTRUCTING PROFESSIONAL
COMPETENCY INDICATORS OF THE Z COMPANYS
MARKETING SPECIALISTS
ABSTRACT
In recent years, the country developed the health industry vigorously. Private
capital active in a lot. ZL group seized the market opportunities, established
the Sports Health division, registered Z Company in 2009 and participated in the
peoples livelihoodproject of QD city.
The purpose of this paper is to constructing professional competency indicators
of the Z companys marketing specialists, which provides reference standards for
training and promotion,as well as the performance appraisal.
Through literature analysis, professional competency indicators is built
preliminarily.Using the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process ,three round
expert questionnaires which filled by experts from enterprises and integrates colleges
are achieved.In order to showing the the weight of each index hierarchy,universities
and business experts opinions are integrated. The result obtained can be ranked,
according to weighted percentage,as follow:professional skills(consisting of 3 aspects
and 10 items),professional attitude(consisting of 2 aspects and 8 items),professional
knowledge(consisting of 4 aspects and 11 items) and professional growth(consisting
of 2 aspects and 9 items).
