L 公司生产物料库存改善研究 摘 要 市场竞争不仅仅是企业间的竞争，而是由企业间的竞争发展为供 应链之间的竞争，而供应链的形成发展离不开产品的库存。强化供应 链环境下的库存管理，有助于解决企业库存管理效率低下等问题，有 助于降低企业的库存水平及提高企业的反应速度，有助于大幅度提高 企业的资金周转率、回报率以及提升企业竞争力。 本文以 L 公司生产物料库存为例，就库存改善对策进行了探讨。 文章首先介绍了本文的研究背景、研究目的和研究意义。接着阐述了 供应链环境下库存管理的基本内容，在此基础上，指出了公司库存管 理存在的问题并分析了原因。主要问题是：库存准确率低、物料可追 溯性差以及库存周转次数低。从原因来看，既有外部供应链方面的原 因也有 L 公司自身的原因。结合存在的问题，文章提出了改善公司生 产物料库存的方案，包括实行生产物料库存操作的标准化、实施精益 生产、完善公司采购流程、进行业务流程重组和实施 VMI 库存管理模 式。最后文章阐述了 L 公司生产物料库存管理体系的具体实施状况 和保障措施，包括建立一种信息沟通的渠道或系统、公司树立供应链 思想、建立企业间的战略伙伴关系与信任机制，并总结了改善的成果 以及实施过程中的问题和解决方案。 IV 本文研究的是一家中小型制造企业的库存管理问题，它有一定的 代表性，希望本文的研究成果对其他类似企业的库存管理能起到一定 的借鉴作用。 关键词：库存管理，追溯性，准确性，周转率 V RESEARCH ON INVENTORY IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION MATERIAL IN L COMPANY ABSTRACT Current market competition is not the competition only between companies, but also between the supplier chains they base on. Production material inventory is a critical link in the supplier chain, and strengthen production material inventory management can promote companies’ inventory management efficiency; reduce the high inventory level; reduce company’s response time ; improve the cash flow, return of investment and core competence of company. This dissertation comes from my working practice in L Company. It initiates from problems of production material inventory in L Company and introduces how to improve them. Firstly it expounds the background, objective, significance of the research. Secondly it introduces the basic content of inventory management base on supply chain and three major problems of inventory in L Company. The three problems are: inventory accuracy low; poor material traceability; low inventory turnover rate. After analysis, we find out the external reasons and internal reasons which induce three problems. Integrating the practical conditions of L Company, it proposes the solutions which involve implementing standard VI inventory management processes in warehouse; implementing Lean production; optimizing purchasing processes; implementing business process
