Current situation and the developmental trend of monitoring system of coal mine and mobile service which are in and out of our country are analyzed fist. C/S structure, TCP and SOCKET communication which are necessary core technology are analyzed. The whole software module and physical structure are proposed. C/S is chosen to be the basic structure of the system. Developer platforms of both the server and mobile handset are chosen and put up. Database is chosen and function is designed in server. Besides that, the function of monitoring real time data extracting, data packaging and data transmission are designed and implemented in detail. The whole function of mobile handset is designed and the function of real-time monitoring in safety production is designed and implemented in detail which includes interface designing, identification and permission, transmission, data processing, synthetical and real time monitoring show.
