微波辅助法快速制备马铃薯醋酸酯淀粉催化剂Using a microwave heating to produce Acetylated Potato Starch Abstract In this thesis, the native potato starch (NPS) were carried out and acetylated with acetic anhydride in the presence of catalytic agent (iodine) and using microwave heating to produce acetylated potato starch. At the same time , the reaction conditions ,including reaction time , different levels of catalytic agent (iodine)and different amount of acetic anhydride, were optimized .Finally, using optical microscopy，evaluate the structures and properties of APS. The study showed that the optimized re
