The problems our government faced in the development of urbanization and the methods to solve these problems A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate：Lin Wen Supervisor：Lv hongqiang Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 摘 要 城市化是人类社会发展的必然趋势，对促进中国经济发展和社会进步的意义重大。 推进城市化进程不仅是实现二元经济向一元经济转变的根本途径，而且是化解有效需求 不足，促进经济持续高速增长的战略措施。随着经济的不断发展，我国城市化建设进入 了一个新的发展阶段。 本文通过对国内外城市建设与发展中的面临和存在的问题进行分析，并结合我国城 市建设的实际，总结提出我国城市建设中存在的问题，以及造成这些问题的根本原因。 作者认为，我国城市发展中存在的主要问题有：基础设施不完善，包括交通设施不完善 和城市垃圾处理设施不完善等；城市空间缺失；城市特色危机；城乡发展不均衡；环境 污染，以及重复性建设现象严重等。 通过调研分析，并参照国内外城市建设中的一些经验与教训，提出了要解决制约我 国城市建设和发展的问题应做到以下几个方面：（1）要积极吸引社会资本，引入竞争机 制；（2 ）合理规划城市的建设与发展；（3 ）加强城市历史环境的保护；（4 ）进一步缩小 城乡建设差距，构建城乡一体化；（5 ）改善能源结构，发展新能源；（6 ）创建和谐环境， 减轻环境负担；（7 ）坚持可持续发展原则和生态平衡原则。 关键词：城市建设，城市发展，城乡发展，可持续发展 I Abstract Urbanization is the inevitable trend in the development of human society, it is very important to the development and advancement of economy and society in china. Urbanization is not only the radical method to realize the transformation that the binary economy changing into one item economy, but also the strategic measure to meet with the insufficiency of valid demand and facilitate a continuous and fast economic increase. With the development of economy, the construction of urbanization in our country has entered into a new developing stage.
