Overweight intelligent alarm system achieve smart mechanical ’s work, and no longer rely on manual to observation, to determine overweight, it greatly reducing the waste of human resources. Thus, it is possible to put more effort in control and treatment in overweight at late stage . The system call it is a type of alarm system innovation, the previous system, monitoring personnel are prompted by a Boolean variable (red light or buzzer) . This design often do not have a foolproof function, for determining overweight or not, entirely by human inspectors full judgment, not only a waste of time but also prone to omissions. This is also an important reason for overweight accident-prone. Therefore, the intelligent alarm system will greatly reduce the incidence of overweight such that.
