The main work of this paper is the design and research of beam -switched flat array antenna and divider about COTM system in the C band. Firstly, the power divider of Array antenna feed system are designed. A one divides into four even and a one divides into two even microstrip Wilkinson power dividers are developed. The simulation and measurement results show that the two dividers have a good match at input and output ports (their reflection coefficient are less than- 15dB), and the isolation between output ports are less than - 15dB in the frequency range from 4.5GHz to 5.1GHz. Then, the analysis of microstrip antenna and phased array theory are studied in this paper. Apertures coupling feed and parallel feeding are applied to design this 2-elemen array antenna.
