Supplier Quality Agreement – Year 2013~ 14 Revision – 3.0 供应商质量协议—2013~2014 版本-3.0 For Supplier 供应商 NAME 姓名 For VIDEOCON INDUSTRIES LIMITED VIDEOCOM工业有限公司 DATE OF AGREEMENT: 协议签署日： Quality Agreement 质量协议 The company who would like to supply parts/components (hereinafter be called as The Supplier) shall supply the component/parts as per approved specifications and samples. 要提供部件/组件的公司（以下称供应商）应按批准的组件/零件的规格和标准供应。 The Supplier shall submit the detailed specifications (in English only) of the parts/components. He shall supply to Videocon Industries Limited (VIL) (herein after referred as Buyer). 供应商应该提供零件/部件的详细规格说明书（只能用英文）给Videocon工业有限公司（以下称购买者） This agreement is the entire agreement between The Buyer-Videocon Industries Limited (VIL) The Supplier. This document supersedes prior or existing or oral or written agreements, representation communications that are related to these agreement subject matters. 这份是购买者Videocon工业有限公司与供应商之间的完整协议。这份文档取代事先所有现存的，口头的，书面的协议以及与这份协议相关的代表和交流。 Clause 1.0:- 第1.0条 The specification shall contain following information in addition to the electrical/mechanical drawings: 规格说明书应该包括以下信息，并且附上电气或机械图纸 1.0.1-Raw materials used to produce the part/components. 1.0.2-Processes adopted to produce the part/component. 1.0.3-Facility (the place of production) Supplier shall use to produce the part/component. 1.0.4 -The test method The Supplier shall adopt to test and measure the product Specification. 1.0.5-AQL the Supplier shall adopt to approve the product at his QA. 1.0.6-Out Going Inspection report shall be submitted along with each lot.
