题目：大学生食品安全意识水平研究 —以泰山医学院为例 作者： 专业： 社会医学与卫生事业管理 电话： QQ ： 大学生食品安全意识水平研究—以泰山医学院为例 摘要 目的：为了了解连续发生的校园食品安全事件的层出不穷，本文以泰山医学院为例，从食品安全、校园食品安全现状等入手，深入探究在校园内产生的对于食品安全产生的问题，方法；自制问卷、现场调查等方法对学校内医学、非医学的学生进行了问卷调查，进行统计分析，结果：从中得到学校内部食品安全方面的现状，就泰山医学院大学生的食品安全意识总体水平很低，对食品安全相关知识了解不多．没有形成良好的食品安全意识和行为，尤其是维权意识分析，和护法意识很差。结论：现在大学生具有提高食品安全意识的强烈愿望，而且更愿意通过电视、手机等媒体获得知识，然而进他们也受专业、性别以及是否参加相关的培训、宣传活动及课程等相关因素的影响。 关键词：大学生；食品安全事件；意识；管理 Abstract: Aim：to understand the continuous campus food safety events emerge in endlessly, in mount taishan medical school, for example, this paper, from the perspective of the present status of food safety, food safety campus, delve into campus for the problem of food safety.
