小型挖掘机的PLC控制 摘要：PLC是一种专门在工业环境下应用而设计的数字运算操作的电子装置。它采用可以编制程序的存储器，用来在其内部存储执行逻辑运算、顺序运算、计时、计数和算术运算等操作的指令，并能通过数字式或模拟式的输入和输出，控制各种类型的机械或生产过程。PLC及其有关的外围设备都应按照易于与工业控制系统形成一个整体，易于扩展其功能的原则而设计。可编程控制器（PLC）是以微处理为核心的通用工业控制装置，它将传统的继电器--接触器控制系统与计算机控制技术紧密结合，集计算机、控制、通信于一体，为工业自动化提供了几乎完美的现代化自动控制装置。 近几年，可编程控制器由于其优良的控制性能，极高的可靠性，在各行各业中的应用日益广泛普及。为此，各高校的电气自动化、电气工程、供用电技术、机电一体化等相关专业相继开设了有关可编程控制器原理及应用的课程。 本试验通过利用PLC实现一个模拟挖掘机控制，全面熟练掌握PLC的硬件组成以及各种指令的应用，使学生掌握小型PLC应用系统设计的步骤，熟悉和掌握PLC开发系统的应用和软件调试过程，通过设计过程中对故障的分析、判断、检修，进一步锻炼学生的动手能力，培养学生综合运用所学知识技能分析和解决实际问题的能力和技巧。 关键字：PLC 挖掘机 自动控制 Abstract: PLC is a specialized in industrial environment application and design of digital computing operations electronic device.
