* Speaker抯 Notes 备课笔记 The milk run method is where one empty truck goes to several different suppliers and returns to the plant with a full load. (This was named after old fashioned milk deliveries. The milkman goes from house to house to deliver the milk). The milk run is used when we have several suppliers, fairly close together, who supply only a partial truckload of parts, on a frequent basis.
