The work of an excavator device is an important component of the excavator, studies its working process, to improve the work efficiency and product excavator quality are of positive significance. But research is the best way to with the virtual prototype technology. This paper first introduced the excavator working device, and expounds the significance of the study and research status excavator, in the work of excavator device in the process of research into see virtual prototype technology, and its are introduced in this paper 。Using NX i-deas software for the construction of the model and virtual assembly, established the excavator virtual prototype. And the working mechanism and the excavator walk institution has carried on the simulation analysis, verify the accuracy of the models. Through the in ADAMS/View of the virtual prototype of excavator mechanical system work scope of the simulation analysis, got and hydraulic excavator performance of the main parameters related to size and scope of work of the envelope curve, illustrating that the hydraulic cylinder compound movement of high efficiency. In the dynamic simulation software ADAMS, using NX i-deas finite element technology to build a more virtual prototype body excavator system. Through to the system of the simulation analysis, get excavator arm in the process of work in the dynamic situation of deformation, so as to provide some references to the production design.
