XXX大学 2013 届本科毕业设计 设计题目： 人力资源管理系统的设计与实现 学生姓名： X X X 所在院系： 信息工程学院 所学专业： 计算机科学与技术 导师姓名： X X X 完成时间： 2013-05-10  摘 要 在21世纪的知识经济时代，人力资源管理成为各国企业管理人员的共同目标。企业的兴盛衰败与员工的对工作的态度和投入有很大的关系，当今困扰企业人事管理人员的一大难题是怎么样才能够保持员工对公司的认可和对工作的投入。所以开发企业人力资源管理系统就显得尤为重要，该系统可以最大限度的释放人力，让机器去帮助解决人事管理的繁琐细节，为企业的高效快速发展提供支持，建立企业人才管理系统就势在必行了。 该人力资源管理系统通过运用POI 和SmartUpload技术实现了Excel文件的导入和导出功能和通过运用JfreeChart技术实现了报表生成功能以及通过Ajax技术实现了绩效管理功能。该系统根据企业当前的人力资源情况，通过充分调研企业管理需求，以企业需求为目标建立一个实用的人力资源管理系统，可以为企业人事管理人员提供清晰的人力资源动态，直观的反应当前企业人力资源的现状。 关键字：人力资源,管理,JfreeChart,绩效  Abstract In the 21st century era of knowledge economy, human resources management has become the common goal of national enterprise management personnel. The rise of the decay and staff attitudes toward work and commitment of a great relationship, a major problem in todays troubled corporate personnel managers is how to be able to maintain the employees of the company recognition and input. Therefore, development of human resource management system is particularly important, the system can maximize the release of human machine to help solve the tedious details of personnel management, to provide support for the rapid and efficient development of the enterprise, the establishment of enterprise talent management system is potential in inevitable. The human resource management system through the use of POI and SmartUpload technologies Excel file import and export functions and report generation features and performance management capabilities through Ajax technology by use JfreeChart technology. The system is based on the current human resources, through full research enterprise management needs, business needs as the goal to establish a practical human resource management system for corporate personnel managers provide a clear human resources dynamic, intuitive response to the current corporate human the status of the resource.
