石家庄铁道大学毕业论文 骨料表面处理对水泥基材料性能的影响 Effect of the aggregate surface treatment on the properties of cement based material 2014 届 材料科学与工程 学院（系） 专 业 无机非金属材料工程 学号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 2014年 6 月 日 摘要 本文研究了使用酸碱对砂浆骨料表面预处理对砂浆强度的影响，化学预处理主要目的在于改变骨料表换粗糙度和活性，通过改变化学药品处理的时间的不同，通过对比不同药剂、时间处理后的砂浆试件的强度来观察并研究其中的机理，本文主要做了一下工作： 砂浆配合比的设计工作，根据实验所需要和实验性质，研究化学预处理对于砂浆强度的影响不宜与使用高强砂浆，所以本文设计了M2.5、M5和M7.5三种的强度，实验配合比严格按照国标设计，设计目的在于突出表现出化学药品处理过的砂浆骨料对于强度的影响。 使用质量分数为10%的氟化铵和氢氧化钠分别处理河砂，以处理15min和45min为两种控制方式，考察处理后的强度变化；处理时要特别注意时间的控制和处理结束后对于河砂的冲洗处理，要求不能存在残留的酸或碱，否则会对实验结果造成干扰，影响实验的准确性。 研究发现经过氟化铵处理的骨料所制作的试件的强度对比空白试件来说，处理时间越短的分组强度降低程度越大，例如氟化铵处理15min的试件强度平均降低47.3%，而氟化铵处理45min的试件平均降低19%左右；氢氧化钠处理的骨料所制作的试件的强度对比空白试验试件来说，处理时间越长的分组强度降低越大，例如氢氧化钠处理15min的试件强度平均降低16%左右，而氢氧化钠处理45min的试件强度平均降低57.5%左右。 关键词：配合比设计 化学预处理 强度变化 Abstract This paper studies the effect of the use of acid and alkali on mortar surface pre treatment of aggregate on strength of mortar,The main purpose of chemical pretreatment is to change the roughness and activity of the aggregate surface,We chang the chemical treatment of different duration to observe and study the mechanism of the different duration and different agents by comparing of the specimen strength.This paper has done the following work: (1)The work of designing mix ratio of mortar.According to the need of the experiment and the experiment nature,we hnow that studys on chemical pretreatment effect on the strength of mortar should not use high strength mortar,so I design three kinds of intensity:M2.5,M5 and M7.5.Than I design experiment according to the national standard strictly,The design aims to show the effect of chemical processing of the aggregate the on the strength of mortar.
