无抗生素选择系统的发展现状 摘 要 在我国，滥用抗生素的现象十分普遍，导致抗生素耐受基因基因的泛滥。其实，不止抗生素的滥用，在一些食品菌的生产、质粒DNA的生产、DNA疫苗的生产等多方面都会使用含抗生素的选择系统，这些都会导致抗生素耐受基因的传播。尤其是在生物药品领域，一种含有抗生素耐受基因载体的重组生物药物是完全不可取的，因此，无抗生素选择系统的发展是势在必行的。本文简介了无抗生素选择系统的发展现状。 关键词：无抗生素选择；耐受基因；DNA疫苗；质粒DNA；重组 The development of Antibiotic-free selection system Abstract In China, the widespread abuse of antibiotics leads to the spread of antibiotic resistance genes.
