企业员工激励方式的探讨 ——以华药集团为例 系 院(系)名 称 专 业 名 称 学 生 姓 名 指 导 教 师 2015 年 6 月 摘 要 本文选取的华北制药集团公司是一家历史悠久的制药企业，由于管理问题在近几年中经济效益逐步下滑，公司重组后施行了合适的员工激励政策使企业在短时间内经济指标逐步上升，以致该企业扭亏为盈。无疑，该企业在研究员工激励政策方面具有重大价值。本文通过对该企业的激励政策进行探讨，分析了该企业激励政策的有益启示，同时也指出了现阶段存在的问题和完善措施。本文希望通过对华药集团的员工激励方式的探讨找到其中的规律性知识，从而为其他面临同样问题的企业提供有益的借鉴。 关键词：Discussion On The Manner OF Enterprise Employee Incentives Author: Tutor: Abstract The competition between the enterprises becomes more and more drastic in todays market economy environment, and the competition of employees within the enterprise also staged. How to keep the excellent enterprise employees and motivate their enthusiasm and creativity to create the great wealth for the enterprise has become the primary task of the contemporary enterprise. The North China Pharmaceutical Group Company, which has a long history of pharmaceutical, economic benefits declined gradually due to the management issues in recent years. After the reorganization of the company, it implemented the suitable incentive policies to make the enterprise economic index increased gradually in a short period of time, so that the enterprise turns around. Undoubtedly, the research in the enterprise employee incentive policy is of great worth. This paper discusses incentive policy of this enterprise, and analyses the beneficial enlightenment incentive policy for this enterprise, simultaneously also points out the existing problems and improvement measures. This paper aims to find out the regularity knowledge according to discussion on the employees incentive manner of North China Pharmaceutical Group Company, and provides useful lessons for the other companies who have the same problem.
