高速电主轴非接触式加载可靠性试验 摘 要 为了准确反映高速电主轴的实际工况,对电主轴进行可靠性试验,本文设计了一套能同时模拟实现主轴所受扭矩、径向力和轴向力的加载系统——利用电力测功机实现扭矩加载、非接触式激振器实现径向加载、自行设计的电磁铁实现轴向加载。该系统不但能完成对电主轴的动态加载,还可以检测出电主轴在加载过程中的基本性能参数和故障指标参数,并收集故障数据,绘制故障数据曲线并做出可靠性分析,提高电主轴的可靠性。本文针对转速18000r/min、功率为22Kw的电主轴进行加载实验设计,为电主轴的可靠性研究提出了一种新方法。 本设计对以上问题进行了分析,主要内容如下: 综述了可靠性和电主轴可靠性的研究现状。 电主轴结构原理介绍和针对选用的电主轴进行受力计算。 电主轴加载设计——扭矩加载、轴向力和径向力加载。 电主轴检测控制系统设计和相应设备的选用。 其他辅助零件设计如电主轴的夹持支撑机构,最后完成其整体结构的设计。 关键词: Abstract In order to reflect the actual working conditions of high-speed motorized spindle accurately, and text the reliability of the spindle, the paper design a set of simulated system simultaneously suffered the spindle torque, radial force and axial force loading, which use electric dynamometer to achieve the torque loading, contactless shaker to achieve radial loading, the solenoid designed to achieve axial loading. The system not only completes the dynamic loading of the spindle, but also detects the basic performance parameters and fault indicators parameter of the spindle in the loading process. And it collects failure data, draws the curves of fault data and makes reliability analysis, improving the reliability of the spindle. This paper designs the loading text of the spindle whose maximum speed is 18000rpm and electric power is 22Kw, which proposing a new method for the reliability of spindle. This design has carried on the analysis to the above questions, the primary coverage is as following: 1. Reviewed the reliability and the reliability of spindle. 2. The introduction of spindle's structure and principle and calculating the stress of the used spindle. 3. The design for spindle loading:the torque loading ,the radial and axial loading. 4. The design of motorized spindle test and control system and the choosing of corresponding equipment. 5. Other auxiliary parts design such as electric spindle supporting institution, and finishing its whole structure design. Key words: High-speed motorized spindle; Reliability; Contactle
